    Started this process on August 2nd. No once has come to fix the problem. I write a complaint letter on Augst 7th. No one calls, replies, etc. Now, that’s customer service at it’s finest. I call Empire again, I am disconnected from your claims supervisor for the 2nd time while discussing my issue, she did not have the common courtesy to even call me back, and she had my phone number because she had confirmed it with me. I called again on Tuesday, Aug 10th to start this process that began on August 2nd all over again since no one at Empire ever called me back.... More...
